Following the reopening of the Theological Seminary of Northern Nigeria Saminaka, (TSNN) Kaduna state, the General Council of the Assemblies of God Nigeria has today 5th October visited the School in felicitation and to tour through the seminary.

The General Superintendent, Rev. Chidi Okoroafor who was represented by the Director of Education of Assemblies of God, Rev. Israel Godswill congratulates the school for her reopening.

Rev. Okoroafor disclosed that the Board of the General Council has agreed in a communiqué to fund the rehabilitation of the seminary.

The Director of Education further stated that the General Council has seen the reopening of the Seminary as the BEST GIFT for the President of the Theological Seminary of Northern Nigeria (TSNN), Rev. Samuel Edokpa who will be retiring alongside his wife Rev. Mrs. Rachael Edokpa on 25th October, 2018.

Rev. Israel appreciated president Edokpa for inculcating knowledge in him while he was a student of the seminary so years ago.

In his message titled “the siege is over”, the Director of Education said that God has given the General Council and the seminary a total victory, stating further that every form of limitation before the children of God will be broken.

He showered prayers on both the students and those present at the chapel service.

Similarly, the Saminaka District Superintendent of Assemblies of God Nigeria, Rev. Haruna Tutu and his wife Rev. Mrs. Rachael Tutu yesterday fellowshipped with the seminary to thank God for His love and answers to prayers.

Rev. Tutu said this is a new beginning for Assemblies of God Nigeria and Saminaka District as a whole.
